-Brush your teeth: Use a soft-bristled toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste and brush your teeth for two minutes. Make sure you thoroughly scrub each tooth in your mouth. As you brush, be gentle and thorough. Being rough might irritate your gums and make them move away from your teeth.

-Floss your smile: Floss your teeth with an effective product of your choice. Clean each crevice of your smile and remove the food particles and plaque that reside there. As you floss, be gentle along the gumline and be careful not to harm or damage your oral tissues.

-Rinse your mouth: Rinse your mouth with beneficial mouthwash, like antibacterial or fluoride mouthwash. Rinsing will help you kill the bacteria in your mouth, have a pristine breath, and complete the smile-cleaning job.

-Be aware of teeth grinding: Teeth grinding is a common but destructive habit that destroys your smile while you are asleep. The habit can wear down and fracture your teeth and alter your oral health. To prevent this from happening, it’s best to protect your smile with a mouthguard.
